Join me Dan Ainsworth, the wilderness preacher, as we  travel on our spiritual journeys. I would be honored if you would join in this adventure with me.   So….. “saddle up, grab your hiking boots, and/or grab your fishing gear” ( or grab a cup of coffee).   Applying Scriptures to the stories shared here, will  reveal pathways to what needs to be done so that You and I are BEING what God has created us to be.  We may be riding “different horses”, and we may be in different times of our lives, but we all must travel onward …. and upward (well, that’s where I’m headed.)

Each week there will be a new Featured Story and also a new verse for each week.

Do I have all the answers, shortcuts, seven steps to success, or Biblical knowledge that it takes for a successful journey? Heck, NO!! (just ask my wife!)  But I do have the desire to join with you on this spiritual journey.   Together we will pursue what God has created each of us to BE.

I promise no churchy religious talk,  no goin’ through the motions, and no man-made rules to abide by.   Let me sum it up like this…… This journey through life will be REAL.  This journey…. the highs, lows, times of emptiness, fears, doubts, adventures, love, healing, hurts, forgiveness, all good and all bad will be shared.  My hope and prayer is that in spite of “skinning our knees and elbows” as we climb Higher, we will see that each of us is becoming and BEING what God has created us to be.
